- Send me an e-mail outlining what your requirements are, e.g: What size painting you would like, and how many pets in each picture (see price list for further details).
- I will contact you to discuss your order in detail. This will include requirements regarding photographs and the timescale involved to complete the order (usually 4-6 weeks).

When the order is confirmed I require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the price.

When the painting is completed, I will email you a copy of the finished piece prior to framing to ensure you are happy with it. The remainer of the payment is now due.

I send you the finished framed customised painting of your pet!
